My best friend’s mom showed me this trick recently and I loved it! You get to save food and could even eat this “ice cream” for breakfast!
- Chocolate chunks (I love Ghiradelli super dark!)
Once you notice some of your bananas getting mushy, chop them up and throw them in the freezer. That way, you can make this whenever AND you’re not wasting food!
Whenever you’re hungry or craving a treat, toss the slices into a blender until the mixture is creamy. Stir in some chocolate chips (or fruit, sprinkles, etc) and that’s it! Banana “Ice Cream!”
